“Movie Night” Cedar Park, 2020

This weekend I watched a few movies, including the three-movie What a Wonderful Family! series. The movies feature a talented ensemble cast, and the stories revolve around the everyday challenges a large family in Japan might face. There were some laugh-out-loud moments, but it was mostly interesting to me because I am attracted to slice-of-life stories, specifically Japanese family life.

We haven’t been to the movie theater in a long time now because of COVID-19, and I really miss it. I can’t wait to go back once things become safer!

By the way, you can check out the movies I’ve watched and books I’ve read (with rating) in 2020 here.
