“Soba” Cedar Park, 2020
This year, we each had a huge serving of soba. The long noodles symbolize a long life, so I made a point to finish my noodles this year, and since we had so much soba I expect to live forever! 😂

Eating noodles in Chinese culture is also supposed to symbolize longevity, and I’m glad to see that the Japanese also have the same notion. Chinese New Year is coming up in a month, and I look forward to having noodles then! Thanks for sharing, Barron. 🙂
