I was defeated by one of my mosquito bites. Scratchin’ like crazy!!!

Was curious if there was a “best time” of day to take multi-vitamins. The answer is NO. Just be consistent if possible.

Still working out the morning schedule now that we have the dog. Not as drastic a change as I thought it would be.

I got several mosquito bites this weekend. So itchy and mildly concerned about West Nile Virus. Keeping an eye out for symptoms!
