Tonight we went to a birthday party for a friend who requested udon. It was a lot of fun! I got to roll out the dough for a bit, and wow, that is tough work! But our friends are professionals, so even with my poor effort, the udon was in good hands.

We also enjoyed a nice selection of saké, played with the hosts dogs and cats, and ate cake. It was awesome. I haven’t eaten udon too many times before, but I am growing to appreciate it. Double onsen-tamago is also nice. I love eggs!
