“Drive Thru” Cedar Park, 2025
Today I picked up a prescription from my local H-E-B Pharmacy, and for the first time, I used the drive-thru instead of going inside. It was incredibly convenient and saved me time, especially during a busy day.
One of the things I appreciate most about H-E-B Pharmacy is the staff. The pharmacists are always kind, professional, and willing to help. This level of customer service is something I haven’t always experienced at other pharmacies like Walgreens or CVS.
There was one instance when my doctor sent a prescription to H-E-B, and instead of simply filling it, the pharmacist took the time to call me. They let me know that the medication was available over the counter for a lower price, and that the generic version was only a few dollars. I agreed to the switch, and they canceled the original prescription to save me money.
If you’re looking for a pharmacy that puts customer care first and makes the process simple, I highly recommend H-E-B Pharmacy. Between the friendly service and the convenient drive-thru, it has become my preferred place to fill prescriptions.
