Two quick snaps of today’s sky. We had a little rain earlier, but it cleared up into a pleasant, cooler evening. I’ll enjoy it while it lasts because the forecast says we’ll be back up to 100°F before long!
It’s been a while since Piplup and I went for a ride! I wasn’t in the mood for running today but still wanted to get outside, so I aired up Piplup’s tires, filled a water bottle, and we set off. It was just a neighborhood ride, yet it was still a lot of fun. Bicycles really are such wonderful machines! And just look at those clouds!
I even caught a bird in the photo! I didn’t see it until I was editing.
I love when the puffy clouds seem to go on forever. The sky looks so pretty, and the cloud cover is perfect for keeping me cool during my lunchtime run.
What a full day! We left our hotel in Chicago, grabbed breakfast at the amazing Lula Café, then drove back to Indianapolis to meet Koa at the airport. Our flight to Austin was non-stop (always a win) and I passed the time with music and my Kindle. We made it home around 8 pm, which feels pretty good after such a packed day. Time to crash!
