“Anna and Marnie” Austin, 2024
My friend and I went to the theater tonight to watch When Marnie Was There. I remember thinking it was very good, but now I’d rate it as “excellent.” Such an emotional film… it might even be one of my favorite Ghibli movies now!
I’m now practicing the song “Fine On The Outside” which is a strumming song, and something I haven’t really played before. Fun!
Seeing Nausicaä
“Nausicaa” Austin, 2024
I went to the theater with a friend to watch Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, and it was fantastic! Having only seen this Studio Ghibli classic on a small screen before, experiencing it on a big screen was truly amazing. The visuals and story were captivating, and the soundtrack was incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and now I’m learning the main theme song on the ukulele.

The Side Order DLC for Splatoon 3 is out! And it’s fun! I’ve seen some players with special “Order” versions of the weapons, and now I want to get some too. Booyah!
