Today’s dinner was a meal from Blue Apron. The salmon was delicious! Since fish is generally more expensive than meat, it makes sense to order a Blue Apron meal with salmon, since the prices of the meals is similar.
We enjoyed drinking this beer, which Mariko brought back from Japan. It’s actually from a Wisconsin brewery: Great Dane Brewing. Strange, right? But delicious.
There was a little bit of tofu kimchi stew left over, so I added an egg and some rice, and just like that, I had a delicious lunch.
I’ve been craving boba for some reason lately, so I spent a few hours at the nearby tea shop, working on the blog and enjoying a nice treat. I really should do this more often!
I had a lovely breakfast at our dining table this morning. I was all alone for a bit, but then Anko and Yuzu came over and tried to steal a bite.
