Efficient Morning

I have a weekday morning routine which involves certain tasks which take time, but I often wonder which one I should start first for maximum time-efficiency. For instance, should I open the dishwasher to start it airing out before I put the dishes away, or should I put my cold coffee in the microwave and get that going. Or, should I drink my morning glass of water so my body starts getting hydrated? Or should I fill up the kettle with water and start the burner? Should I defrost any breakfast items before all of that, or wait till the microwave is free?

I’d hate to have an Inefficient morning. Time’s a-wasting! 😝

All Intensive Purposes

So, another thing I finally realized… it’s “All intents and purposes”, not “All intensive purposes”. Only took me 49 years to figure that out. Never stop learning, I guess? 😛

Anyway, here’s a snapshot of a sleeping kitty.

こんばんは。So, I’ve been wearing my black Converse a lot lately… like the past year or so. In fact, it’s the shoes I took to Morocco and Spain. And Stockholm before that. And Miami a while back. And to see SCANDAL, where I matched shoes with Rina! Everywhere. It got me thinking about the different colors of Converse again, and I am wanting a pair of red ones. It’s been a long time since I’ve owned a pair!

You know, I’m pretty sure that the type of converse you gravitate to can tell you a lot about your personality… but I don’t know exactly what those distinctions are.

However, here are a couple fun “analyses” for what Converse colors say about you. Enjoy!

I hope you had a nice Tuesday!

こんばんは。 How’s it going?

Tonight’s photo is of my Japanese watch (made in Malaysia) and Japanese beer (brewed in Canada). What I thought was funny was the tiny “–BEER–”text on the bottom of the can labeling. Why is it there? Is it a regulatory requirement? Who knows?
