I now have 6 ukuleles at home. I like all of them. The pretty Kala is one that I keep upstairs in our bedroom so I can practice before I go to bed. A ukulele for every room would be nice!
More Scotch Bonnets for pepper flakes! I love a sprinkle or two on just about any food.
I’m not sure what variety the long red pepper is, but it’s sweet with just a hint of spice. We’ve had the plant since last year, but this summer is the first time it has produced peppers. It’s quite pretty, isn’t it?
The other three peppers are Scotch Bonnets. We’ll dry them and make them into pepper flakes. They’re the best!

I’m really enjoying this Splatfest! I’ve been having a blast using my Undercover Brella and the Custom Wellstring V — they’re so much fun! There’s been a lot of buzz about Splatoon 4, but no official word from Nintendo yet. Personally, I think Splatoon 3 still has a lot to offer!
Mariko made these delicious harumaki filled with guacamole, chicken, and cheese. We love them so much! It’s a nice twist on the traditional spring roll.
