My love for mozzarella, burrata, and stracciatella has grown because of our trip to Italy. In fact, I didn’t think much of those cheese much before, but now they are my favorite!
I love my new tinted face shield! I rarely ride at night, so I think the tinted shield will be super-convenient. I had a tinted face-shield on my old helmet so I pretty much know what to expect. Yay for more comfortable (and safer) riding!
Anko has been so persistent about lying in front of my monitor while I work, that I finally gave up on shooing her away. At least I can raise my monitor by a few inches so I can still work. It’s actually kind of nice!
Mariko had this Buc-ee’s sticker on her car for a year but got a new sticker from Hawai’i on our last trip there, so she had me replace it. However, the Buc-ee’s sticker was still in good shape so I put it on Kiki. What do you think?
I feel like my blog is becoming a food blog! Or at least just snapshots of what we eat. 😀 Which is fine because we love food.
Anyways, here’s a delicious arugula, prosciutto, and quattro formaggi pizza. A family favorite!
