We took Lani to the veterinarian today for a wellness exam and to update her with vaccinations. The doctor said that apart from some tartar on her teeth, she’s perfectly healthy!
And she did great at the animal hospital… just a bit excited but no messes and when the vet’s helper came to take Lani back to the exam room, she went without a fuss. In fact she went with enthusiasm. 😄 She’s so funny.
We took Lani for a walk this evening, and I ran ahead to try and get some action photos of her approaching me as Mariko held the leash. That photo sequence didn’t turn out as I intended, but I thought this photo was fun. 😆

It’s so interesting to have cats who are siblings. We got Yuzu and Anko when they were both kittens, and they have stayed very close. Sometimes they get testy with each other, and have very different personalities, but for the most part, they are 仲良し. So funny.

Bay took Lani for a long walk this afternoon, and she got so tired… I’m sure she had a lot of fun, though! 🐶
