A Couple of Vintage Japanese Cars

“Honda Civic” Austin, 2021

I dropped off our old Prius at the mechanic for an oil change and to fix a malfunctioning dashboard display. There are a couple of other car shops in the area and I spotted a couple of cool old Japanese cars: a Honda Civic and a Toyota Corolla.

The Civic was in decent condition, and looked so cute! I believe this model is a 2nd generation Civic from around 1980. It looks so fun to drive!

The Toyota Corolla was in worse shape, although it was getting new windshield put on it. I believe this is a 3rd generation model. I’m happy that it’s getting some work done on it. Hopefully it is on it’s way to a full restoration.

I used my Fujifilm X-E4 to record a bunch of video on our camping trip last week and the footage turned out great. I just used the 18-55 mm “kit” lens which worked perfectly. I’m loving this camera more and more!

Please have a watch if you have a few moments. (I used my GoPro 9 for the walking parts):
