Today we at noodles at Pho Please. Both of our dishes were delicious, and huge portions. I could only eat about 70% of it, but it was yummy. Definitely recommend!
Tonight Mariko made a simmered beef dish which what she describes as a “simpler version of sukiyaki”. It is awesome. Check @popotxkitchen sometime for the recipe!
Tonight’s curry was made with thinly sliced pork and Java curry. It was delicious. It’s always a good day when you have curry to look forward to. ♥️🍛
Mariko bought this little shoyu spray bottle the other day. We love gudetama ぐでたま and this is very convenient. We last used it on some shumai, and I’m not sure the spray has any advantage except being fun to use. 😄 But that’s important too!
As far as the shoyu, I guess it tastes fine.
I opened this bottle of whiskey that has a 1963 sticker on it. It’s still good! I think I will take my time to enjoy it. Cheers!
