“Creature” Cedar Park, 2020
I recently heard the toes on cat’s paws being referred to as “beans”. I think that is great.

Tonight Mariko and I watched The Call of the Wild at Alamo Drafthouse. If you are a fan of CGI dogs, you’ll love it! Especially the pre-movie entertainment, which featured some Bollywood dance sequences featuring canines. Lots of fun!
I thought the main feature was pretty good, although the CGI wasn’t the most convincing. But I thought it was kind of nice to see more “expressive” dog faces. The story was average, but the scenery was awesome. Woof! 🐶
I hope you had a nice day!
We were watching the Oscars when this commercial for The Conners came on. I thought something looked familiar… 😄
Speaking of the Oscars, for the past few years, our family has filled out ballots and held a little competition. This year Koa was the big winner, only getting three categories incorrect. Incredible! I was happy that Bay was able to play along too, even though he is at school. I miss him!
Here’s a photo of mine and Koa’s ballots, folded so that Mariko cannot peek at our choices.
I hope you had a nice day!

Have you noticed that the phrase “I feel like…” has replaced “I think that…” in conversation lately?
Also, I noticed the phrase, “To tell you the truth…” has been replaced by “Not gonna lie…”
Just something that’s been on my mind lately.
Anyway, here’s a funny photo I took.
The Llama gift section at the book store is refreshing.
