I finally own the Splatoon 2 & 3 art books! Long ago I saw them at Kinokuniya and didn’t buy them, and kind of regretted it. This last holiday, I saw them in the store again and was about to buy them but Mariko said that she could order them for about half the price from Japan. Sure enough, they were only 2,000 yen each, vs $45 US. It just took a few weeks to arrive, but I am very happy! The art is so cool. I love the Splatoon aesthetic so much!
Cowboy Bebop: The Movie

My friend and I went to see Cowboy Bebop: The Movie tonight. It was such a good film! The action was amazing, and the soundtrack was excellent. Highly recommended! I had seen the anime series before, and also the live action series, but had never seen the movie before. I’m glad I got to watch on the big screen. Really great!

Today I had a nice, spicy ramyun while watching the Japanese dorama 恋せぬふたり / Two People Who Can’t Fall in Love. A nice way to spend the afternoon. The tv show was really good, btw!
