We enjoyed ramen today at Hironori in Tustin. Having heard about this small ramen chain before, I was excited to try it. The tonkotsu ramen was excellent – highly recommended!
Today we visited the Maido stationery shop at Mitsuwa Marketplace in Costa Mesa. They had such a great selection of fountain pens and inks, but I’m proud to say I showed some restraint and didn’t buy anything – I have more than enough pens already! Still, it was fun to browse.
The annual bagel brunch was a hit once again! I always kick things off with salmon and onion, then treat myself to pastrami, onion, pesto, and cheese. After that, it’s a free-for-all, but I typically end up with something on toasted rye. Naturally, every bagel gets a generous layer of cream cheese. Absolutely delicious!
The sound of ocean waves is nice.
This year’s holiday puzzle is fantastic! The illustration of the Great Wall of China is both fun and fascinating. I can’t wait to spend more time working on it. I absolutely love this holiday tradition!
