“Twilight” Cedar Park, 2021
I love days like this where the clouds put on a nice show.
daily slice-of-life photo blog of a Gen-X dad
Please enjoy this short cloudlapse that I shot with my Fujifilm X-E4. My first attempt with the new camera! 😀

The weather was nice this evening, and I thought I might get a chance to see a nice sunset, so I hopped on the bicycle and headed down to my go-to sunset spot. Tonight’s show did not disappoint! And I’m enjoying shooting with the Fujifilm X-E4 and 27 mm f/28 lens very much. The photo above was actually about 5 overlapping images, stitched together in Adobe Photoshop.

On the way back from Houston, I stopped by Banana Leaf to pick up some Malaysian food and also got some Mochinuts. Everything was delicious!

I also set the GoPro on the dash and recorded a “TimeWarp” video of the drive home. The clouds look way better in the video than they did in real-life. I have the GoPro set to use its own color-profile, and I like the results very much!
I hope you had a great day! またね~

I love when the skies have plenty of interesting clouds, and it looked pretty bleak all day, but as the afternoon was turning into evening, the clouds starting breaking up revealing a bit of sunlight. So I grabbed my camera, hopped on my bicycle, and went for a ride. I’m very happy with how the photos turned out today, and the video is a fun way for me to relive the ride.

I hope you had a nice day! またね~
