Anko is a bit overweight, so we’ve been more diligent about making sure the other animals’ food dishes are out of her reach in case they didn’t finish their meals. She liked to just gobble up everything in sight. Our efforts have paid off! Her belly has gotten smaller and it’s easier for her to clean herself, which means less butt-scootching. Yay!

But as the photo shows, she still has a ways to go be as slim as her sister.

This evening Anko climbed pretty high up the wall and then couldn’t get down. There’s one section that’s easy for her to go up, but is too scary coming down, so I rearranged the steps a bit and she was able to find her way back to ground level. I guess we need to put an extra step in there so she doesn’t get stranded again. 😆

I received a package today and I new the box that it arrived in would be a nice new cat bed. 😀

Sadly for Yuzu, I had to put the box in the recycling, so she could enjoy it for only an hour or so. But she has her regular Amazon box anyways.

Here are a few photos of our pets, Yuzu, Lani, and Anko. The first photo is of Yuzu and a sock. She loves to grab socks from the basket that I put the clean socks in and disperse them around the house. In fact, I started an Instagram account (as a joke to Mariko) of her hobby. 😆

The second photo is of Lani. I thought it was funny that she rested her head on the pillow.
