Lately, I’ve been struggling to get any decent sleep due to a pretty severe flare-up of eczema. The constant itching and discomfort make it nearly impossible to rest, and it’s really taking a toll on my energy.

Meanwhile, I watch my cats curl up and drift off into deep, peaceful naps without a care in the world. I can’t help but feel a little envious. They make sleep look so effortless, while I’m wide awake at 3 a.m., wishing for even a few uninterrupted hours.

It’s amazing how something as simple as rest can feel so out of reach when you’re dealing with chronic skin issues. Here’s hoping for better nights ahead. In the meantime, I’ll keep learning from the masters of relaxation. 😸
