Pizza Night

We made two pizzas tonight – a sardine, olive, onion, and Thai chili pepper pizza, and a pepperoni, olive, onion, and jalapeño pizza. Both were excellent, but I think tonight I preferred the sardine pizza. The fish and cheese were the perfect combination!

It seems like 2023 is coming to a close. This year has gone by so quickly for me. I guess the older you get, the more quickly time seems to pass… But 2023 has been great so far! Looking forward to finishing strong. 😀

Mariko brought back some shōchū from Japan and we have been sipping (and enjoying) it slowly. I have to wake up early tomorrow so I poured a bit too much, but oh well. 😆
