“Spicy Tuna Donburi” Cedar Park, 2022
Spicy tuna, with a bit of sriracha, sesame oil, kewpie mayo, and green onion over rice with wasabi and a bit of shoyu make for a delicious dinner. The avocado and miso soup round out a great meal. ♥️

These days it’s pretty hot at lunchtime when I like to go for a run, so I have been going out in the evening. It’s kind of fun and different! I’ll also put on an audiobook which is mixing it up a bit for me. I kind of like that too.
Today we at noodles at Pho Please. Both of our dishes were delicious, and huge portions. I could only eat about 70% of it, but it was yummy. Definitely recommend!
Today we went to Flat Creek Winery to help with picking grapes. It was something I had never done before and I found it very interesting and fun!
We volunteers are invited to a dinner at the restaurant at a later date, where I am sure we’ll enjoy a couple of glasses of vino. I can’t wait. 😀🍷🍇
Tonight Mariko made a simmered beef dish which what she describes as a “simpler version of sukiyaki”. It is awesome. Check @popotxkitchen sometime for the recipe!
