“Pork Curry” Cedar Park, 2024
Curry nites are the best nites. This one is will thinly sliced pork. Very nice! And of course with egg.

We enjoyed our leftover Osechi new years meal in a yummy curry. It’s actually a tradition which I am so happy exists! It’s the only time I get to have lotus root in curry. 😀
On a related note, I was chatting with someone online about curry, and she was wondering why Java curry comes divided into 8 parts, but the package indicates 9 servings. I had to check for myself… so strange!! 🤣

When we visit our family in Torrance, we always get CoCo Curry, and I order mine with the spiciness level at 10. This year, the 10 was the least spicy it has ever been. I didn’t even break a sweat. Mildly disappointed… but it still tasted yummy. And it’s nice to be in California starting our vacation!

Tonight we had an Indian curry with egg, a store-bought paneer dish, and Korean-style broccoli. It was delicious! I tried to limit myself to just one serving, but it was impossible.

Tonight’s curry was made with thinly sliced pork and Java curry. It was delicious. It’s always a good day when you have curry to look forward to. ♥️🍛

Tonight I made a Sri Lankan Chicken Curry to go with some of last night’s leftovers. It was pretty good!
We have a bunch of different spices in these neat little containers, and using them is actually kind of fun. And they look pretty too. 🙂
