A couple weeks ago, our iSpring reverse osmosis water filter system sprung a leak. There were small sprays of water shooting out from the plastic housing. According to the customer service representative, that can happen over time if the water pressure is too high. So he sent out a brand new housing canisters, plus a pressure regulator. All for free!
Talk about excellent service! I highly recommend iSpring water systems.
Here are a few photos of our pets, Yuzu, Lani, and Anko. The first photo is of Yuzu and a sock. She loves to grab socks from the basket that I put the clean socks in and disperse them around the house. In fact, I started an Instagram account (as a joke to Mariko) of her hobby. 😆
The second photo is of Lani. I thought it was funny that she rested her head on the pillow.

I’ve been riding with Mango to pick up our mail at the mailbox down the street lately, and the old Kona with its butterfly/trekking handlebars and rear rack is well-suited for the task. I’m able to put letters into the panniers, and if we receive a package too big to fit into the bags, I can rest it on the handlebars easily.
Additionally, Mango is a breeze to ride one-handed, with the right trigger shifters and rear brake lever easily accessed. Mango is not a beauty-queen like Sophie, but this ugly duckling gets the job done. What a wonderful bike!
On the right side of the photo are my three go-to pens, including my newest pen, the Pearl White Pilot Cavalier. I love it so much! It writes smoothly, is slim yet comfortable, and the color is beautiful.
On the left side of the notebook are a bunch of disassembled pens which I just cleaned and will give away. Most are inexpensive Jinhao pens which are fine, but they just don’t spark joy for me. The Sailor Fude (gold) is one that I may keep because the nib is unique in my collection, but the rest I will be saying goodbye to. Thank you for your service!
I’ve tried a few different “fast casual” spicy/hot chicken dishes, but my wife cooked a crispy fried chicken with spicy sauce tonight and it blew all of those other chicken dishes away. A few pieces of these, miso soup, and a bowl of rice are all I need!
