We bought some trout at Costco and Mariko prepared this yummy baked dish. I’ve loved trout ever since we went fishing up at Mammoth Lakes when I was a kid and my mom prepared our day’s catch for dinner. Of course there are small bones to be careful of, but they aren’t to difficult to avoid and the taste of trout is fantastic. A little bit of shoyu and it’s perfect!
