Vision
“Eye Test” Cedar Park, 2024
I went for my annual eye exam today and my vision hasn’t changed that much, which is nice. But I really wanted to update my prescription so I can get a new pair of glasses. I want to try some clear plastic frames, but I’ll keep my current glasses to use as sunglasses when I go running. What do you think of these?

Moroccan Meatballs
“Moroccan Meatballs and Couscous” Cedar Park, 2024
Dinner tonight was Moroccan Meatballs and couscous. The meatballs were made with a mixture of lamb and beef, and the sauce was tomato-based with spicy harissa. It was delicious!!
And who knew couscous just takes five minutes to cook?!
