We went for Korean BBQ at Honey Pig and at the end, we got the Fried Rice which was made with some leftover meat and veggies. It was great! It’s sort of like at the end of nabé how you often add rice and make a porridge, but here you make fried rice. We were all so full that we only had a little bit, but the amount of leftovers are enough for three large servings! Yum.

Sometimes nothing can beat a nice Margarita!
My go-to Margarita recipe:
1 part Cointreau
1 part fresh-squeezed lime juice
2 parts Tequila
A lovely sky, light wind, and mild temperature made for a very nice ride this evening!
My Lenovo laptop that sits by the bed is alive again. For some reason, the charger wasn’t working and the laptop eventually had to take a rest. But the power brick seems to have sorted itself out and is now operational. Anyway, I like using the laptop to tidy up my daily journal each night. It’s a nice routine before climbing into bed. I’m glad the laptop is back.
