Our go-to meal for the Fourth of July has to be burgers. And of course Mariko bakes some incredible buns, which really make the burger special!
Rounding out the meal were some seasoned fries and homemade pasta salad. It was a fantastic holiday dinner. 😄🇺🇸
After seeing some videos of the upcoming Splatoon 3 game, I got excited and played a bit of Splatoon 2 on the Switch. It’s so fun! I decided to start over for some reason, which means I have to level up again to get the cool gear. And I will focus on the splat roller type of weapon, which I think is cool, but is difficult to use (for me). Even though I suck with that roller, it’s a blast to use!
Trying to beat the heat by going for a morning ride. But it was already in the 90s! 😫 Still fun, though.
We’ve had some nice skies lately! I am taking so many photos. 😀
Today is our son’s birthday, so we celebrated with presents, cake, and sushi! ♥️🍣🎂 They grow up so fast… it’s the truth!
